Geographic information systems (gis)  

Present the methods and tools associated with the spatial analysis of the processes and phenomena involved in the management of natural resources and the control of the impacts of human activities on these resources. 12 hours of CM are dedicated to basic notions and concepts to optimize the use of GIS and remote sensing. The strengths and limitations of these methods and tools are illustrated in the context of environmental issues (urbanization, water pollution, flooding, erosion, etc.). 12 hours of tutorials are dedicated to the practice of GIS with ArcGIS software.
